Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Development Representative (BDR) **Role Summary:** Drive top‑of‑funnel revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and booking high‑intent demos with HR and hiring leaders. Execute high‑volume, multi‑channel outreach, deliver accurate qualification data to Account Executives, and meet weekly pipeline and activity KPIs. **Expectations:** - Consistently achieve or exceed weekly targets for demos booked, talk time, response and show rates, and pipeline contribution. - Maintain high data quality and accurate documentation in CRM. - Demonstrate rapid learning of product value propositions and adapt outreach tactics based on performance metrics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Qualify inbound leads from ads, website sign‑ups, and events via phone, SMS, email, and LinkedIn. - Conduct outbound prospecting to Talent Leaders, HR Directors, Hiring Managers, and staffing agencies. - Execute multi‑touch sequences using tools such as Aircall, Reply.io, Clay, and Attio. - Secure confirmed demo appointments and log detailed qualification notes for handoff to AEs. - Identify decision‑makers, budget authority, hiring pain points, and ATS workflow requirements. - Track, analyze, and report on activity and conversion metrics; iterate outreach scripts accordingly. - Master and articulate the AI interview platform’s features, use cases, and ROI benefits. **Required Skills:** - 2+ years BDR/SDR experience in high‑growth B2B SaaS (HRTech/AI preferred). - Strong verbal communication; confident, high‑energy phone presence. - Proficiency with CRM and outreach platforms (e.g., Attio, Aircall, Reply.io, Clay). - Data‑driven mindset; ability to analyze KPIs and adjust tactics. - Self‑starter with high ownership; capable of managing high‑volume outreach independently. - Resilient, optimistic, and comfortable in fast‑moving early‑stage environments. - Excellent written communication; concise and persuasive messaging. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - No specific certifications required; SaaS sales or HRTech knowledge is a plus.
