**Job Title:** Technical Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire) **Role Summary:** Technical Recruiter responsible for sourcing and hiring engineering and technical talent to support innovation in space security, sustainability, and commercial aerospace technology. **Expactations:** 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; strong track record hiring technical/engineering roles (10–15+ concurrent openings); ability to manage fast-paced environments, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical disciplines (mechanical, software, cybersecurity, operations, etc.). - Collaborate with hiring managers to build scalable hiring processes and advocate for candidates. - Source and engage passive candidates, maintain ATS data, and ensure timely SLAs. - Lead candidate experience from outreach to offer negotiation. - Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Security, People) on talent initiatives (e.g., process optimization, university relations). - Represent company brand at career fairs, networking events, and hiring events. - Provide executive-level hiring progress reports and data-driven hiring insights. **Required Skills:** - Proven expertise in technical recruiting for engineering/tech roles. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in ATS (e.g., Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and data analytics tools. - Excellent verbal/written communication for stakeholder updates and candidate interactions. - Ability to identify process improvements and streamline hiring workflows. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. **Required Education & Certifications:** Not specified. **Preferred Skills and Experience:** - Experience in aerospace/defense or high-growth tech startups. - Background in cybersecurity, national security, or DoD-cleared talent hiring. - Prior collaboration with sourcing partners or contract agency experience. - Familiarity with tools like SeekOut, Greenhouse, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
