**Job Title:** Senior Business Analyst / Functional Project Lead (Finance/Asset Management)
**Role Summary**
Lead end-to-end transformation projects for financial institutions (banks, insurers, asset managers). Drive functional analysis, project governance, solution design, and deployment of financial systems. Requires deep expertise in finance/insurance processes and IT solution integration.
**Expectations**
7+ years in business analysis, project management, or consulting within finance/asset management. Proven leadership in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder coordination, and delivering high-quality deliverables. Strong analytical, writing, and Agile/V-Cycle project methodology skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct functional analysis of financial/insurance processes (asset management, life insurance, savings, middle/back office).
- Define requirements, author functional specifications (user stories, test plans), and map target workflows.
- Manage project timelines, risks, budget, and dependencies; lead project steering committees.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize backlog, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business value.
- Plan and execute functional testing, oversee user acceptance testing, and support post-deployment training.
**Required Skills**
- Expertise in financial/insurance domains: life insurance, savings, asset management, middle/back office operations.
- Technical proficiency in financial instruments (OPCVM, FIA, UC, bonds, equities, derivatives).
- Experience with financial industry tools: CHORUS, JUMP, SOLIAM, CLEARWATER.
- Project management (Agile, V-Cycle) and stakeholder coordination.
- Advanced Excel, Jira/Confluence proficiency. Strong written/verbal communication.
**Required Education & Certifications**
Bachelor’s +5 (or international equivalent) in finance, insurance, or computer science. Relevant project management certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.
