Job Description: **Job Title:** Java System Architect (F/M) **Role Summary:** Provide technical leadership for the integration of a CLEVA solution into a large insurance group’s information system. Work within a SAFe agile framework, ensuring technical coherence, quality of integration solutions, and adherence to project timelines. **Expactations:** - Deliver high‑level technical design and architecture for integration scopes, both cross‑cutting and specific development. - Ensure alignment of integration solutions with the target enterprise architecture and operational constraints. - Proactively identify technical risks and deliver mitigation plans. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and document technical integration solutions for CLEVA with client SI. - Provide support for API management and data flow (proprietary and standard) during operation. - Mentor development and integration teams on best practices, standards, and delivery support. - Review and validate technical deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. - Maintain global technical consistency with the target architecture and operational constraints. - Prepare and participate in SAFe ceremonies (PI Planning, technical dependency alignment, integration milestones). - Monitor project progress, drive workflow, and report on key deliverables. **Required Skills:** - Distributed system architecture, REST/SOAP APIs, Java EE technologies (Spring, Spring Batch, Hibernate, JPA). - Integration orchestration, database (SQL Server) design, and data mapping. - DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. - Agile (SAFe) delivery mindset and facilitation of sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives. **Required Education & Certifications:** - University degree level Bac+4/5 in Computer Science or related field. - Minimum 3 years as a technical architect; at least 5 years on enterprise integration or ERP projects with multi‑team coordination. - Experience in banking or insurance domain projects is a plus.
