**Job title** Junior Salesforce Account Executive **Role Summary** Build foundational sales skills in a technology-focused environment. Execute outreach, cold calling, and targeted marketing to generate and qualify leads for Salesforce Professional and Managed Services. Collaborate with senior sales leaders and marketing to develop campaign messaging and participate in discovery calls, presentations, and client events. **Experience & Qualifications** * 1–3 years inside sales, business development, or customer‑facing tech/SaaS role. * Proven confidence in direct client communication and outreach. * Comfortable performing cold calls, managing multi‑channel follow‑up, and using sales CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent). * Strong written and verbal communication with presentation proficiency. * Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities. * Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Partner with senior Account Executives and BD reps to identify/qualify new sales opportunities. 2. Execute targeted marketing campaigns and conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media. 3. Create & manage structured follow‑up sequences to build and nurture leads. 4. Research prospects, gather insights on decision‑makers, and prepare discovery call notes. 5. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and supporting client events (lunch & learns, networking sessions). 6. Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve campaign performance. 7. Position and articulate the value of Professional and Managed Services offerings. **Required Skills** * Outreach & prospecting techniques (cold calling, email, social selling). * CRM use (Salesforce or similar). * Communication: concise writing, persuasive speaking, presentation delivery. * Relationship building & stakeholder management. * Organizational & multitasking abilities. * Entrepreneurial and self‑motivated mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are advantageous but not mandatory.
