About the Company

Having worked in large Corporate recruitment organisations for over 18 years, I've decided to make the move to set up AP Talent Solutions. Having recruited for Recruitment Consultants throughout my career I've always been surprised by the reputation of the industry and the poor quality of service. In my role now, I am keen to provide a level of service above and beyond the norm from both a Client and Candidate perspective. I will only work with a select number of clients, and only clients that are interested in spending time to brief me properly on their requirements. I will only work with candidates that I have met, and as a consequence, I fully expect to forge long standing relationships with both Clients and Candidates and hope to differentiate myself from the industry norm. As well as providing the services above, I will also be heavily involved with the training and development of Consultants, from entry level right through to Director.
