**Job Title**
Business Transformation No‑Code Product Builder
**Role Summary**
A hybrid consultant‑builder‑integrator who partners directly with the CTO to translate internal business needs into scalable, secure, no‑code/AI solutions. Focus on rapid prototyping, compliance, and stakeholder enablement across Product, Ops, Care, Marketing, and Tech teams.
**Expectations**
- Deliver fully functional MVPs within short cycles.
- Maintain rigorous documentation, testing, and compliance standards.
- Act as a bilingual (FR/EN) bridge between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proactively learn and apply emerging no‑code and AI tools.
- Own end‑to‑end solution lifecycle from discovery through adoption and support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct requirement analysis and define project scope with internal teams.
- Identify pain points, automation opportunities, and challenge assumptions.
- Prioritize initiatives, document workflows and data flows, and maintain version histories.
- Design, prototype, and deploy no‑code/AI solutions using Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, Notion, GPT‑based APIs, Replit, Copilot Studio, etc.
- Integrate new tools with CRM, Slack, Jira, Google Workspace and other internal platforms.
- Ensure adherence to GDPR, medical data protection laws, ISO 27001 and other security frameworks.
- Collaborate with DevOps on integration monitoring, security hardening, and scalability.
- Create user guides, conduct training sessions, and provide L1 support for adopted tools.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in digital transformation, product ops, or no‑code building.
- Expertise in no‑code/automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, Notion).
- Hands‑on with AI/LLM APIs (ChatGPT, OpenAI, Replit, Copilot Studio).
- Strong business‑process mapping and requirement‑elicitation abilities.
- Knowledge of data integration, API design, and workflow orchestration.
- Familiarity with GDPR, ISO 27001, and medical data compliance.
- Excellent documentation, testing, and quality‑assurance practices.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Self‑motivation, curiosity, rapid learning, and collaborative mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Digital Transformation, or related discipline.
- Certifications in no‑code platforms, AI tools, or compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) are advantageous but not mandatory.
