**Job title** Salesforce Administrator **Role Summary** Manage daily administration and configuration of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC). Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and AI-enabled insights to support fundraising, donor stewardship, and operational efficiency. Lead integrations with third‑party tools, ensure data integrity, and provide training and support to cross‑functional teams. **Expactations** - Serve as primary Salesforce administrator for a nonprofit organization. - Demonstrate strong expertise in NPC features, data modeling, and automation. - Leverage AI tools (Einstein, GPT) to uncover donor insights and streamline workflows. - Foster user adoption through intuitive dashboards and comprehensive training. - Maintain data quality, security, and compliance across all Salesforce environments. **Key Responsibilities** - Administer user setup, roles, permissions, and data security. - Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, and validation rules. - Implement and optimize NPC fundraising and donor management features. - Maintain sandbox and development environments; coordinate testing and deployment. - Design and update reports, dashboards, and KPIs for fundraising, stewardship, and program delivery. - Integrate Salesforce with external tools (e.g., GoFundMe Pro, Sage Intacct, marketing automation platforms). - Conduct regular data audits, deduplication, and validation to preserve data integrity. - Identify and automate recurring fundraising tasks using flows and AI. - Document and standardize processes across fundraising, finance, and communications teams. - Deliver training, documentation, and troubleshooting support to staff. **Required Skills** - 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience. - Proficiency with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC). - Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills. - Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows, automation, and security best practices. - Experience with system integrations and third‑party tools. - Analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Familiarity with Salesforce AI features (Einstein, GPT, or similar). **Required Education & Certifications** - Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM‑201). - Additional certifications preferred: Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder. - Strong understanding of nonprofit fundraising processes (gift entry, acknowledgments, donor stewardship).
