**Job Title:** Program Coordinator
**Role Summary:**
Coordinate and support all operational aspects of arts programs, particularly dance productions, ensuring seamless scheduling, logistics, communication, and administrative workflows. Provide student and faculty assistance, manage production resources, oversee finance-related tasks, and maintain program documentation.
**Expectations:**

- Maintain high standards of detail and organization in all documentation and logistics.
- Collaborate effectively with faculty, performers, volunteers, and external partners.
- Uphold diversity and inclusive practices in all interactions and program activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as stage manager for in‑house dance performances; manage set, props, lighting, costumes, and program information.
- Coordinate department operations: handbook management, reference letters, fundraisers, subscription series.
- Track volunteer hours; schedule studio bookings, recital assistants, and faculty/musician substitutions.
- Manage weekly program schedules including health program, bus transport, theatre bookings, repertoire tracking, photoshoots, and guest/artist communications.
- Process financial and operational tasks: visa reconciliation, invoice and receipt entry, department purchases, ticket and box‑office management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all productions and programs.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding program logistics and updates.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong written and oral communication.
- Excellent prioritization, problem‑solving, and time‑management under pressure.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro), and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
- Experience with QLAb, Master Tour, and Tickit is an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in team settings.
- Knowledge of dance production processes and event coordination is beneficial.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Theatre, Dance, Performing Arts, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–2 years of related experience in program or production coordination.
