**Job Title**: SSO L3 Specialist
**Role Summary**:
Provide advanced support, architecture, and delivery for Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Management (IDM) platforms across a multi‑geographic environment. Manage platform performance, incident resolution, and change governance while driving architectural improvements and technology roadmaps.
**Expectations**:
- Execute change management, incident and problem resolution, and platform maintenance with minimal operational risk.
- Deliver projects and feature enhancements for SSO/Ldap systems.
- Keep abreast of emerging identity and security technologies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including architecture, application support, and compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Architecture**: Contribute to SSO/LDAP technology roadmaps; review architectures with enterprise teams; automate processes to accelerate delivery.
- **Project Delivery**: Own delivery of key SSO/Ldap projects; define, design, document, and implement new features; liaise with developers for incident diagnosis.
- **Platform Support & Maintenance**: Monitor, maintain, and improve availability/performance of production environments; manage capacity, load balancers, servers, and networks.
- **Incident & Problem Management**: Collaborate on major/critical incidents; identify tactical/strategic improvements to reduce recurrence.
- **Change Management**: Ensure planned, controlled changes in SSO/IDM; oversee quality of changes; participate in Change Control Board and Problem Management meetings.
- **Governance & Compliance**: Escalate incidents, risks, and compliance issues appropriately; support operational control systems and fraud mitigation.
**Required Skills**:
- *Technical*: CA Siteminder Web SSO, SOA security (SAML/WS‑Security), LDAP, Kerberos, SSL‑TLS, PKI, GSS‑API/SPNEGO, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, IIS/WCF/WIF, WAS security models.
- *Tools & Automation*: Self‑provisioning (BMC ControlSA, SailPoint, ForgeRock), Ansible, scripting (PowerShell/CLI).
- *Security & Cryptography*: RSA, symmetric/asymmetric encryption, certificates, digital signatures.
- *Process*: ITIL Foundation (desired); change, incident, and problem management experience.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5–7 years experience in IT; ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
