**Job Title:** Spa Practitioner & Receptionist (Seasonal) **Role Summary:** Provide professional spa therapies and deliver frontline guest services in a 5‑star vacation camp. Oversee scheduled treatments, product promotion, and hospitality operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and seamless spa management. **Expectations:** - Operate efficiently during peak summer periods (May‑September). - Maintain strict hygiene and standards of the spa and reception areas. - Communicate fluently in French and English, catering to an international clientele. - Deliver high‑quality therapeutic treatments and promote spa products. - Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team to enhance guest experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Schedule, perform, and document all spa treatments (facials, massages, scrubs, rituals). - Manage spa inventory, restock supplies, and ensure compliant stock levels. - Execute front‑desk duties: greet guests, answer inquiries, provide information on services and local attractions. - Promote complementary products and services, conduct sales workshops, and support revenue objectives. - Maintain pristine environment of reception, treatment rooms, and overall spa area. - Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols. - Assist in operational tasks such as bookings, guest feedback collection, and report preparation. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in delivering spa and wellness therapies (licensed or certified). - Exceptional customer‑service orientation with a calm, professional demeanor. - Strong communication skills in French and English; additional languages welcomed. - Organizational ability to balance simultaneous duties (therapy, reception, inventory). - Proficient with digital scheduling tools and basic office software. - Team‑player mindset with flexibility for seasonal scheduling. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Diploma in Esthetics, Massage Therapy, or related wellness field. - Valid certification/license for massage/beauty treatments (where applicable). - No specific higher‑education degree required unless specified by local regulatory bodies.
