AI Solutions Consultant
**Role Summary**
Design, implement, and optimize AI solutions that deliver measurable business value for clients and internal stakeholders. Act as the bridge between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring solutions are strategically aligned and operationally effective.
**Expectations**
- Own the end‑to‑end AI solution lifecycle from concept to deployment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Translate stakeholder requirements into AI solution designs and architecture.
- Evaluate, select, and recommend appropriate AI tools, platforms, and models (LLMs, ML platforms, automation frameworks).
- Implement, integrate, and fine‑tune AI models within client or enterprise workflows.
- Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, business) to embed AI into services and processes.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the AI solution lifecycle, including testing, monitoring, and iteration.
- Continuously assess emerging AI approaches and advise early‑adoption opportunities.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience designing and implementing AI solutions in a business context.
- Deep knowledge of AI tool landscape, including LLMs, machine learning platforms, and automation frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with at least one major AI technology stack (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS SageMaker).
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and vice versa.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Team‑player mindset with collaborative execution.
- Bonus: Experience with prompt engineering, model integration, or workflow orchestration.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Professional certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, or equivalent) preferred.
