**Job title** B2B Sales Partner (Commission-Based) – Fitness & Health Tech **Role Summary** Part‑time sales partner responsible for launching and growing a subscription‑based 3D body‑scanning solution for wellness, fitness, and physiotherapy providers. Duties include prospecting, demoing, qualifying leads, closing pilot and early SaaS deals, and collaborating with the founding team on go‑to‑market strategy. **Expectations** - Self‑driven, high‑trust communicator ready to hustle on a commission basis. - Fluent in English; available part‑time. - Background or strong interest in B2B SaaS, fitness tech, wellness, or health‑care sales. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and target wellness businesses (gyms, dietitians, clinics, franchises). - Initiate outreach via phone, email, and social media. - Conduct product demos and qualify leads against business needs. - Negotiate and close pilot partnerships and early licensing or SaaS contracts. - Provide feedback and data to inform product and market strategy. - Collaborate with the founding team on GTM positioning and messaging. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B SaaS or health‑tech sales experience, or demonstrated ability to learn quickly. - Strong cold‑call, email, and networking skills. - Comfortable presenting demos and handling objections. - Negotiation and closing ability with a focus on long‑term partnership. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred (not mandatory). - Sales certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) are a plus.
