**Job Title** Business Analyst & Project Coordinator **Role Summary** Drive operational improvement for clients by conducting process analysis, identifying technology solutions, and coordinating project execution. Collaborate with consultants and client stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes and sustainable change. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑impact solutions that enhance client efficiency, profitability, and growth. - Act as a trusted partner, maintaining client satisfaction and project integrity. - Balance analytical depth with clear communication across functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Project Coordination: schedule, budget, risks; maintain artifacts; manage meetings and minutes. - Process Analysis: map current state, identify waste, risk, redundancy; recommend enhancements. - Technology Transformation: assess tech landscape, propose data‑driven solutions to improve decision‑making. - Continuous Improvement: research emerging practices, present findings, implement high‑value initiatives. **Required Skills** - Operational experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, inventory, or supply‑chain environments. - Process design and mapping expertise; Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodology knowledge. - Project coordination experience; familiarity with PMP, Agile, or Waterfall frameworks. - Strong business acumen across functional areas; critical thinking and sound judgment. - Excellent written and verbal communication; native level English. - Detail‑oriented, organized, with strong attention to data integrity. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent (preferred). - Lean certification (preferred). - PMP, Agile, or Waterfall certification (preferred).
