Job Description
Job title: Assistant Director of Marketing Role Summary: Senior marketing leader responsible for driving brand positioning, campaign execution, and revenue growth for a portfolio of luxury hotels. Oversees digital, PR, CRM, and creative content initiatives while cultivating strategic partnerships and managing B2C/B2B marketing across multiple properties. Expactations: - Deliver measurable marketing outcomes that enhance brand visibility and drive high-value bookings. - Lead cross‑functional teams and external partners to execute integrated marketing strategies. - Maintain a cutting‑edge online presence and elevate guest experience through content and data insights. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement B2C and B2B marketing campaigns to increase revenue and bookings. - Build and nurture partnerships with luxury brands, cultural venues, media, and influencers. - Champion marketing for individual hotel brands, ensuring alignment with overall strategy. - Oversight of PR, CRM, and digital marketing programs, ensuring consistency across channels. - Direct creative content production (videos, photography, copy) in collaboration with design teams. - Collaborate with Food & Beverage and events teams to market restaurants and meeting spaces. - Utilize data analytics to optimize campaign performance and report ROI. - Coordinate with sales, revenue, and operations to integrate marketing budgets and objectives. Required Skills: - Proven experience leading marketing in luxury hospitality or a high‑end lifestyle brand. - Expertise in strategic B2C/B2B campaign planning and execution. - Strong digital marketing, social media, CRM, and content creation capabilities. - Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management. - Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and project management skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Preferred certifications in Digital Marketing, CRM, or Hospitality Marketing.
