Job Title: Marketing Executive Role Summary: Deliver and produce engaging video, social‑media, and email content that communicates Upvolt’s renewable‑energy message, supports brand campaigns, and maintains a consistent, human‑focused brand presence. Expectations: - Execute content production and delivery within tight deadlines across multiple platforms. - Convert complex technical information into clear, compelling consumer stories. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring brand consistency. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, script, film, and edit short‑form and mid‑form videos for social media, website, and campaigns. - Capture on‑site footage with installer teams and customer homes; build reusable clip library. - Script and write captions, copy, and storytelling material for video, social posts, and newsletters. - Publish, schedule, and monitor social‑media performance; optimize content for engagement. - Assist with email campaign creation, scheduling, segmentation, and analytics review. - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and regional installer teams on website updates, landing pages, and digital assets. - Contribute ideas in campaign planning and brainstorming sessions. Required Skills: - Minimum 1 year marketing or content‑creation experience (agency or in‑house). - Proficiency in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut). - Excellent written English with ability to simplify complex ideas. - Experience managing brand or organisational social‑media content. - Strong digital storytelling and visual communication skills. - Highly organised, self‑motivated, and capable of juggling multiple projects. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or related field (preferred). - Certification in video production or relevant digital marketing tools is an advantage.
