Job Description
**Job Title:** CRM & Acquisition Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the strategy and execution of member acquisition and retention through data-driven CRM initiatives, designing integrated communication journeys across email, SMS and other digital touchpoints to grow and nurture the membership base. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable growth in member acquisition, activation, and retention. - Achieve higher engagement metrics (open rates, click‑throughs, conversion rates). - Reduce churn and increase repeat engagement frequency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement comprehensive CRM and acquisition strategies aligned with brand objectives. - Manage the full CRM lifecycle: segmentation, automation, personalisation, and journey mapping. - Plan, build, and optimise multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, other communication channels). - Ensure all messaging is consistent with brand identity and content plans. - Analyse campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and report outcomes. - Maximise CRM platform capabilities, identify opportunities for innovation, and improve usability. - Collaborate with Digital, Creative, and Member Services teams to deliver integrated, high‑impact campaigns. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in CRM and acquisition marketing. - In‑depth knowledge of segmentation, automation, and personalisation strategies. - Hands‑on proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Elmasrys, or comparable systems. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project‑management abilities. - High attention to detail and commitment to brand‑aligned, high‑quality communications. - Balance of creative thinking and data‑driven decision making. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - Relevant certifications in CRM or marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Marketing Automation Specialist) preferred.
