**Job title** Kitchen Sales Designer – Fixed Term **Role Summary** Design bespoke kitchens and lead the customer journey from showroom exploration to final installation, ensuring a high‑quality, sales‑oriented experience. **Expactations** - Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. - Maintain a strong customer satisfaction score throughout the project. - Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends and product offerings. - Demonstrate commercial awareness while delivering creative solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct in‑store consultations to understand customer needs and propose tailored kitchen designs. - Create accurate design drawings, layouts, and specifications for production and installation. - Guide customers through financing options, installation scheduling, and post‑sale support. - Follow up regularly with clients during the project lifecycle to ensure smooth execution and address any concerns. - Collaborate with the design and production teams to assure timely and accurate delivery of kitchen components. - Attend training and development sessions to refine design skills and product knowledge. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in showroom sales and home‑improvement design. - Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset. - Ability to work flexibly, including weekend shifts, to accommodate client schedules. - Commercial acumen and experience meeting sales targets. - Valid driving licence and personal vehicle for client visits. **Required Education & Certifications** - Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in interior design, kitchen design, or related field. - Commercial design or sales qualifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
