Job Description
**Job Title** Data Services Team Lead **Role Summary** Lead and manage a senior ETL/Data Services team, driving the design, development, and maintenance of robust data pipelines and reporting solutions. Oversee end‑to‑end data integration, quality assurance, and performance optimization while ensuring alignment with business data needs and technical best practices. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality, scalable ETL workflows that meet business objectives. - Mentor and coach team members to develop technical and professional skills. - Promote data governance, security, and compliance across all data processes. - Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into efficient data solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica, SQL, Power BI, and Excel. - Lead daily operations, including project planning, task assignment, and progress monitoring. - Implement and enforce coding standards, data quality checks, and performance tuning. - Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance. - Manage data documentation, metadata, and version control. - Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, PCI). - Interact with business analysts, data scientists, and IT stakeholders to streamline data delivery. **Required Skills** - Advanced proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter or PowerPI. - Strong SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar). - Experience with Power BI report creation, DAX, and data modeling. - Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas). - Leadership and team management experience (5+ years in a supervisory role). - Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities. - Familiarity with data architecture, data warehousing concepts, and ETL best practices. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Informatica PowerCenter Developer Certification (or equivalent). - Power BI Certified Analyst (or similar). ---
