Own the sales strategy, client engagement, and business growth targeting UK, European, and US markets. Deliver high‑profile contracts and build a top‑calibre team within the agency’s independent recruitment and project‑solutions framework. **Expactations** - Proven record of selling SOWs in the Change & Transformation marketplace. - Demonstrated success in securing C‑suite and transformation contracts. - Strong presentation skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders. - Track record of developing and executing effective sales strategies. - Leadership mindset with ambition to advance career and grow business. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop and implement the commercial strategy for Technology/Change & Transformation SOW. 2. Generate new business and expand existing client relationships across UK, Europe, and the US. 3. Lead high‑profile negotiations with C‑suite executives and drive deal completion. 4. Grow and mentor a high‑performance sales team. 5. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and adjust positioning accordingly. 6. Collaborate with delivery and support functions to ensure seamless project execution. 7. Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership and contribute to corporate strategy. **Required Skills** - B2B sales experience in Technology, Change, and Transformation SOW. - Ability to engage and persuade senior decision‑makers. - Strong presentation and communication skills. - Strategic thinking with proven sales‑strategy development. - Leadership and team‑development abilities. - Negotiation and closing expertise. - Proficiency in account management and pipeline management. - Global client‑facing mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Management, or related field. - Professional certifications in Change Management, Agile, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Change Management Practitioner, Prince2) preferred.
