Job Description
**Job title** HR Data Administrator **Role Summary** Maintain the accuracy, integrity and compliance of HR data within SAP (or equivalent) to support payroll, cost allocation, reporting and audit controls in a facilities‑management environment. **Expectations** - Deliver data‑heavy HR functions with a focus on compliance, cost‑effectiveness and process improvement. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with finance, employee services, business change and payroll teams to meet payroll run deadlines and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities** - Monitor and update the organisational hierarchy in Employee Services systems, aligning line management and costing structures. - Establish and enforce audit controls in line with company standards. - Capture contractor data and manage the contractor onboarding process in SAP. - Coordinate cost distribution with SSC Finance and Finance Business Partners to ensure timely cost updates for payroll. - Build, test and deliver UKBU HR operations reports using SAP Query Manager or SAP Ad‑Hoc Reporter; train users, schedule patch uploads and conduct post‑patch regression tests. - Manage authorisations within Employee Services, ensuring appropriate access rights under GDPR. - Update contract mobilisations/demobilisations with the Business Change team. - Lead month‑end payroll controls, liaising with third‑party providers to reconcile payments. - Support Winshuttle activities – script development, data loading and verification. - Oversee annual leave and annual salary review uploads, including National Minimum Wage adjustments and gender pay gap calculations. - Conduct monthly audit sign‑offs and produce monthly/annual management information (MI) to inform business decisions. - Identify and recommend digitalisation or process‑improvement opportunities aligned with corporate strategy. **Required Skills** - SAP or comparable database and query language experience. - Knowledge of HR and payroll systems, and experience with HR data development. - Understanding of TUPE regulations and procedures. - Lean White Belt or equivalent process‑improvement training. - Strong administrative, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Current GDPR awareness and data protection compliance. - Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation, and ability to meet deadlines in a team environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred). - Professional certification in SAP or HR analytics is advantageous. ---
