**Job Title** Head of B2B Sales & Business Architecture **Role Summary** Dual‑functional leader responsible for immediate commercial deployment and long‑term B2B commercial architecture. Leads new account acquisition, strategic partnerships, CRM implementation (Odoo), international expansion, and builds a high‑performance sales team. **Expectations** - **Short‑term (6‑12 mo)**: Deploy sales operation, win new retail and distribution partners, secure strategic alliances, launch international rollout, and establish Odoo as core CRM. - **Medium‑term (1‑3 yr)**: Design scalable B2B sales infrastructure, recruit and develop a commercial team, institutionalise repeatable processes, and optimise performance metrics for sustained growth. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Commercial Execution** - Prospect and secure new B2B accounts. - Negotiate, close, and manage strategic partnerships. - Maintain and grow existing client portfolio. - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. 2. **Sales Architecture** - Implement and optimise Odoo CRM for the B2B channel. - Develop playbooks, SOPs, and revenue‑generation workflows. - Design infrastructure for scalable international expansion. - Build dashboards and KPIs for performance monitoring. 3. **Team Development** - Recruit, onboard, and train B2B sales professionals. - Create structured training and development programmes. - Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B sales track record with quantifiable results. - Strong ability to execute market entry and build commercial systems. - CRM expertise, particularly with Odoo (highly desired). - Strategic vision for long‑term growth and scalability. - Autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset, and driving‑force to build from scratch. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building abilities. **Bonus Competencies** - Experience in the bio‑nutrition, wellness, or health food sectors. - Knowledge of international markets and expansion strategies. - Background in scale‑up or growing SMEs. - Team‑leadership experience and proficiency in talent development. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field. - Relevant certifications: Odoo Studio/CRM, B2B Sales methodology, or equivalent professional credentials.
