Job Description: **Job Title** Commercial Development Intern – BENELUX **Role Summary** Harsh new graduating engineers or business students will develop and manage a commercial activity around Dassault Systèmes software (SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE). The internship provides training, mentoring, and the option to launch an independent reseller business after completion. **Expectations** - Complete training on Dassault Systèmes products, sales techniques, and digital tools. - Design and execute a marketing and lead‑generation strategy for the BENELUX market. - Build a business plan and go‑to‑market strategy for a potential independent reseller. - Deliver measurable growth targets and a clear exit path to become a self‑sufficient business owner. **Key Responsibilities** - Acquire and qualify B2B leads across the BENELUX region. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis. - Craft and implement digital prospecting campaigns using CRM and marketing automation. - Negotiate and close deals with industrial customers. - Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report performance metrics. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, finance, HR) to support potential business launch. **Required Skills** - Strong entrepreneurial mindset and proactive self‑starter. - Excellent written and verbal communication in at least one European language (German, French, or English) plus English or French fluency. - Analytical thinking and strong problem‑solving ability. - Familiarity with B2B sales concepts, CRM usage, and digital marketing tools. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Final‑year student or recent graduate in Engineering or Business School. - No CAD experience required; training will be provided. - Bachelor’s degree or final‑year coursework in engineering, business administration, or related field.
