Job Description
Job title: Head of B2B Sales & Business Architecture Role Summary: Lead both immediate commercial execution and long‑term sales architecture for a growing nutrition‑wellness brand portfolio. Drive rapid B2B market penetration, implement scalable CRM systems, and build a high‑performance sales organization with a vision for international expansion. Expectations: - Achieve sales targets within 6–12 months while setting foundations for scalable growth over 3–5 years. - Design and launch a repeatable B2B sales framework, including CRM set‑up, playbooks, and performance metrics. - Build, recruit, and train a domestic and international sales team capable of sustaining growth. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect, negotiate, and close new B2B accounts; manage and grow key client portfolio. - Lead the deployment of Odoo CRM for B2B, ensuring data integrity, automation, and reporting. - Develop and formalise sales playbooks, workflows, and tools for consistent performance. - Architect the commercial infrastructure to support international expansion (market entry, localization, compliance). - Recruit, onboard, and mentor sales talent; implement training programs and performance reviews. - Monitor sales KPIs, analyse data, and adjust strategies to optimise revenue and market share. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply‑chain teams to align commercial plans with business objectives. Required Skills: - Proven B2B sales experience with measurable results (revenue, margin, or new account growth). - Strategic mindset: ability to design and execute long‑term sales systems and processes. - Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Odoo; experience implementing and optimising Odoo or similar. - Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‑management capabilities. - Self‑driven, entrepreneurial attitude; able to build operations from scratch. - Understanding of nutrition, wellness, or bio‑product markets is a plus. - Experience managing and scaling sales teams in a growth‑stage or scale‑up environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). - Certifications in sales methodology (e.g., SPIN, Challenger) and CRM (Odoo certification) are advantageous.
