In the UK we offer two core products: ExtraCollect – a SaaS platform enabling clients to fully manage a panel of outsourced partners, including: DCAs, Solicitors & Debt Management Providers. The software includes advanced analytics, intelligent segmentation, reconciliation, invoicing, query management and visibility of account level, end-to-end customer journeys. It is highly secure and fully scalable. Togglit – a financial wellness application designed to support those in financial difficulty by providing access to a range of tools, including: benefits calculator, budgeting tool, affordability assessments and more. Job Description

**Job title:** Web & Mobile Developer **Role Summary:** Full‑stack developer responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining web and mobile applications for a FinTech platform. Works closely with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment, leading code reviews, creating wireframes, and ensuring high‑quality, secure, and scalable solutions that support B2B and B2C portfolios. **Expectations:** - Deliver clean, efficient, testable code across the entire software lifecycle. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Participate actively in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and knowledge sharing. - Maintain, update, and support existing applications while driving continuous improvement. - Produce clear technical documentation and assist in troubleshooting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and configure web and mobile applications and related APIs to meet functional and process requirements. - Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards. - Build wireframes and implement front‑end designs using CSS, HTML, and Bootstrap. - Integrate and consume external APIs, maintaining data consistency and security. - Write unit and integration tests, ensuring coverage and reliability. - Utilize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Azure DevOps) to deliver incremental changes. - Provide on‑call or ad‑hoc support for production issues and user inquiries. - Collaborate with DevOps to deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud applications on Azure. **Required Skills:** - Strong development experience with React, React Native, and .NET frameworks. - Proficient in front‑end technologies: CSS, HTML, Bootstrap. - Solid understanding of SQL and relational database interactions. - Hands‑on experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs. - Knowledge of mobile application development best practices and security. - Familiarity with coding and security best practices (OWASP, secure coding principles). - Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation. - Proficient with Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps pipelines. - Ability to create and maintain technical documentation. - Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Right to work in the UK; DBS clearance required. - No specific degree or certification required, but Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
