Job Description
**Job title:** Intern – HR Generalist Assistant (M/F) **Role Summary:** Support the HR service in a fast‑growing digital real‑estate company, handling daily personnel administration, recruitment, and employer‑brand initiatives. Provide administrative and operational assistance while developing core HR competencies over a six‑month full‑time internship. **Expectations:** - 6‑month full‑time internship, starting January/February 2026. - Autonomous, detail‑oriented, and proactive. - Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a multicultural team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and process onboarding and exit documents, contracts, medical visits, badges, and meal vouchers. - Maintain employee files, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Update payroll data and input variable elements into the payroll system. - Draft, post, and refresh job ads on internal and external boards; source and qualify candidates. - Conduct phone and in‑person interviews, manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, and prepare job offers. - Assist in employer‑brand promotion alongside marketing; contribute to HR strategy projects and continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Strong written and verbal communication in French and English. - Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). - Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and customer service orientation. - Self‑management, organizational ability, and problem‑solving mindset. - Team player in a dynamic, multicultural environment. - Prior exposure to personnel administration or recruitment is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrollment in a Bachelor + 3 / + 4 program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent. - No professional certifications required; ongoing learning is encouraged.
