The role involves coordinating creative and technical teams, managing multi‑channel digital campaigns for national and international clients, and acting as the primary client liaison. Expectations: Deliver end‑to‑end project management—from brief reception and feasibility analysis through production, quality control, and final delivery—while respecting timelines, budgets, and brand guidelines. Support a senior project manager and maintain proactive client communication. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client briefs and assess project feasibility against scope, budget, and deadlines. - Resolve creative and technical challenges in collaboration with the production team. - Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities. - Maintain project schedules and budgets, reporting any variances promptly. - Verify quality of deliverables (graphic charter adherence, brief compliance). - Build and sustain trustful client relationships as the main point of contact. - Assist the senior project manager on broader agency initiatives. Required Skills: - Strong organizational and planning abilities. - Rigorous attention to detail and proactive issue resolution. - Analytical mindset for assessing briefs and constraints. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Quick learner with enthusiasm for gaining new digital insights. - Basic digital production knowledge (email marketing, social media content, landing pages, e‑commerce pages).
