**Job Title** Graduate Program – Junior Manager Strategic Projects & Business Transformation H/F **Role Summary** A 24‑month graduate programme focused on driving digital, robotic and AI‑based transformation in intralogistics. Participants work directly with the CEO of Jungheinrich France and are embedded in the organisation’s strategic decision‑making, innovation projects, market analysis and international coordination. **Expectations** - Actively contribute to executive strategy sessions and decision‑making processes. - Own and manage cross‑functional projects that advance robotics, AI, automation and data‑driven solutions. - Deliver actionable insights on customer needs, market trends and supply‑chain optimisation. - Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at global headquarters and across Europe. - Demonstrate leadership potential, agility and a continuous learning mindset. **Key Responsibilities** - Attend COMEX meetings and support the CEO’s agenda. - Travel across France and Europe for client visits, project sites and executive briefings. - Lead innovation initiatives: develop concepts in robotics, AI, automation, data transformation and techno‑economic feasibility studies. - Perform customer‑centric studies, trend analyses and supply‑chain optimisation recommendations. - Coordinate and facilitate inter‑regional projects with headquarters in Hamburg. - Represent the graduate cohort at global events and networking sessions. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. - Digital literacy with a focus on data, AI and robotics. - Excellent communication in French and English; a third language is an advantage. - Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary environment. - Curiosity, open‑mindedness, adaptability, and emerging leadership qualities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an engineering or digital‑technology school (e.g., ISEP, EPITA, EFREI). - Dual degrees in economics, law or humanities are highly valued. - Prior internship or alternance experience in an international business context or living abroad. - No specific certifications required, but knowledge of data science, AI or robotics tools is preferred.
