Job Description
Job title: Training Solutions Advisor Role Summary: Deliver first‑line sales and customer service for health, safety, and environmental training programmes. Manage enquiries across phone, email, live chat, and WhatsApp, convert leads into course bookings, and maintain accurate CRM data to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Expectations: - Consistently achieve predefined sales targets. - Handle high enquiry volumes while maintaining accuracy across multiple communication channels. - Provide compassionate, professional resolution to customer complaints and escalation when necessary. - Demonstrate flexibility with working hours, including public holidays, to ensure full coverage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and convert inbound enquiries (phone, email, web chat, WhatsApp) into course bookings. 2. Accurately enter new contacts and update existing records in the CRM. 3. Process course bookings, ensuring data integrity and profitability against company targets. 4. Advise clients on suitable training solutions based on their specific needs. 5. Follow up on all enquiries promptly, recording all correspondence. 6. Identify opportunities for new or existing courses and liaise with Account Managers/BDEs to promote training and consultancy offerings. 7. Coordinate local purchase orders with clients. 8. Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 processes and standards. 9. Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and product development to inform strategy. 10. Escalate customer complaints and address issues with relevant departments. Required Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Proven sales and customer service experience, preferably in training or HSE sectors. - Goal‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency in multiple IT systems (CRM, Office 365) and live chat/web chat platforms. - Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced team. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum of high‑school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field preferred. - Training/HSE‑related certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are an advantage but not mandatory.
