Job title: International Sales Manager
Role Summary:
Lead the international sales function for a global software solutions provider in security monitoring and hypervision. Build and grow a channel partner network (distributors, OEMs) outside Europe, develop new markets, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive revenue growth.
Expactations:
- Achieve defined sales targets through partner activation and channel expansion.
- Deliver a clear, executable channel strategy that aligns with corporate objectives.
- Maintain high partner engagement and satisfaction, ensuring consistent sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new strategic partners worldwide.
- Negotiate, structure, and finalize complex commercial agreements and licensing models.
- Manage partner lifecycle: integration, sales enablement, performance monitoring, and renewal.
- Design and execute channel growth plans, including incentive structures and market prioritization.
- Provide product and sales training to partners; develop marketing collateral and demos.
- Conduct market, competitive, and trend analyses to refine channel approach.
- Coordinate with product, marketing, support, and regional sales teams to align initiatives.
- Travel frequently to meet partners and attend industry events.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years B2B software sales with international and channel management experience.
- Deep understanding of licensing, on‑prem, SaaS, OEM models, software architecture, APIs, cloud, and cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations.
- Strong negotiation, contract drafting, and complex deal closing skills.
- Proven track record in developing and managing a global partner ecosystem.
- Analytical mindset for market and performance data interpretation.
- Proficiency in English (C1+); additional language is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership qualities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s +5 years (Bac+5) in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience; certifications in sales, channel management, or related disciplines are advantageous.
