Job Description
Job title: Centre Co‑ordinator – Fully Remote Role Summary: Coordinate the full delivery cycle of IWFM Direct, ensuring learners receive a positive, compliant learning experience while maintaining award‑organisational standards. Manage documentation, tutor and assessor panels, assessment processes, and quality protocols. Experiences: • Deliver within agreed service levels and timelines. • Apply and update standard operating procedures and quality management plans. • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (tutors, assessors, LMS provider, awarding bodies). Key Responsibilities: • Respond to learner queries promptly, maintaining high service quality. • Maintain and update IWFM Direct documentation, including centre handbook and SOPs. • Coordinate assessor and tutor panels to deliver timely assessments. • Review and refresh learning materials to keep content current. • Manage assessment systems, escalating issues to stakeholders and LMS provider. • Conduct moderation and standardisation meetings (2+ per year) with Centre and Quality Managers. • Administer appeals, complaints, and reasonable adjustments following SOPs. • Perform plagiarism and malpractice checks. • Provide accurate, timely data to awarding organisations. • Maintain the IWFM Academy Centre Quality Management Plan. • Monitor monthly learner progress, liaising with tutors to meet completion targets. • Extract and report qualification performance metrics. • Align member and learner journeys across internal departments. Required Skills: • Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail. • Excellent communication, teamwork, and conflict‑resolution skills. • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently under pressure. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. • Knowledge of awarding organisation processes and digital learning environments. • Experience in assessment coordination, moderation, and quality assurance. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, training administration, or related field. • Professional certification in learning management, quality assurance, or educational assessment is desirable.
