Job Description
Job Title: Southern France Area Sales Manager Role Summary: Lead sales strategy and client relationship management in Southern France for Cassina, driving revenue and brand positioning across residential and B2B markets. Expactations: - Deliver on quarterly revenue and profitability targets. - Execute strategic city‑level action plans. - Maintain and expand a high‑quality client portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Visit architects and developers to identify and develop residential and B2B projects. - Prospect architects in collaboration with local partners to secure product prescriptions. - Support Cassina retail partners: establish distribution agreements, bill and service‑after‑sales follow‑up, negotiate commercial terms. - Optimize geographic coverage and presence. - Train partners and their teams on product knowledge and brand standards. - Lead annual new collection rollout, ensuring high visibility of Cassina products. - Update sales forecasts to aid market analysis. - Analyze product performance, best‑sellers, sell‑in data and competitive trends. - Maintain CRM with detailed visits, client, and project records. - Propose local marketing actions using HQ tools (events, promotions, plant tours). Required Skills: - Strong commercial acumen and proposal‑making capability. - Proactive, autonomous, creative, and meticulous. - Fluency in English; French highly desirable. - Excellent computer skills (CRM, MS Office, data analysis). - Willingness to travel at least 3 days per week within assigned territory. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent. - Prior experience selling high‑end furniture preferred; design knowledge a plus.
