**Job Title** Therapy Value Stream Manager – Adjunctive **Role Summary** Lead the global strategy, product lifecycle, and market launch of Adjunctive Solutions, ensuring alignment with the organization’s commercial objectives and regulatory standards. **Expectations** - Develop and execute strategic marketing and product plans for adjunctive portfolios. - Provide leadership across cross‑functional teams (R&D, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, KOLs). - Drive global product launches, lifecycle management, and business case development. - Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, MDR, and other quality/regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities** - Create and implement strategic marketing plans for adjunctive product lines. - Collaborate with KOLs, R&D, suppliers, and external partners to define product direction and regulatory submissions. - Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitive data, and performance metrics. - Build business cases for new opportunities and support funding decisions. - Lead product launches: training, marketing campaigns, post‑launch feedback. - Oversee lifecycle activities: IFU updates, CAPA inputs, cost control, and post‑market surveillance. - Guide and coordinate Value Stream team members to deliver projects on schedule and within quality standards. - Ensure alignment of regulatory, marketing, and sales activities with global strategy. - Represent the product at congresses, sales meetings, and physician education events. **Required Skills** - 10+ years of experience in the aortic medical device industry. - Proven track record in global product launch and strategic business planning. - Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication; presentation and stakeholder influence. - Ability to interpret technical/clinical data for marketing and regulatory purposes. - Cross‑functional leadership experience in international environments. - Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and market development. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (clinical/sales support, product management, engineering preferred). - Knowledge of ISO 13485, MDR, and related quality/regulatory frameworks. ---
