Job Description
Job Title: Operations Coordinator Role Summary: Ensure seamless operations for luxury golf travel clients across multiple global destinations, focusing on pre-trip, in-trip, and post-trip coordination to deliver a premium customer experience. Expectations: - 40 hours/week (April–October peak season) with seasonal flexibility (early mornings, evenings, weekends). - Requires precision, attention to detail, and adaptability in a high-traffic travel environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage flight arrivals, meet & greet services, supplier bookings, ground/helicopter transport, and client logistics. - Oversee client files for administrative and operational accuracy. - Coordinate client-facing operations, including pre-arrival information collation and on-site support. - Monitor client and supplier accounts, process payments, and maintain resources via the Connoisseur Golf App. - Collect and distribute client feedback to improve service. - Act as a central point of contact for drivers, client group leaders, and internal teams. Required Skills: - Experience in luxury golf, transportation, travel, or hospitality sectors. - Strong English communication skills (written/verbal), including professional phone etiquette. - High numeracy and proficiency in Office 365 (Excel essential). - Familiarity with Salesforce, Vamoos, Jotform preferred. - Advanced problem-solving and customer service abilities. - Detailed geographical knowledge of Scotland, England, Ireland (required); Spain/UAE (advantageous). - Golf course awareness (Scotland/England/Ireland required; Spain/UAE preferred).
