**Job Title** Video/Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Intern (Remote) **Role Summary** Create and execute high‑impact visual and video content for digital channels, supporting brand storytelling and user acquisition across social media, email, and web platforms. Self‑directed work in a fast‑paced environment with flexible hours, driving R&D and production of assets that deliver measurable engagement. **Expactations** - Deliver production‑ready graphics, motion graphics, and short videos that exceed quality standards. - Show initiative without micromanagement; self‑schedule deliverables. - Produce content that “wows” stakeholders and aligns with strategic marketing goals. - Adapt designs for multiple formats, platforms, and audiences. - Contribute ideas for creative campaigns, A/B tests, and channel optimisation. **Key Responsibilities** - Design social media graphics, banners, and email visuals. - Produce short‑form video content (15‑60 s) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and web landing pages. - Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (paid & organic). - Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video assets. - Collaborate with copywriters, product managers, and analytics team to refine creative messaging. - Monitor engagement metrics, iterating designs to improve performance. **Required Skills** - Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent. - Strong video editing and motion‑graphics capability. - Excellent visual sense, composition, typography, and colour theory. - Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS). - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Detail‑oriented, iterative workflow, and adaptability to changing priorities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or current enrolment in Graphic Design, Marketing, Multimedia, Communications, or related field. - Portfolio demonstrating high‑quality design and video work. (Proof required during interview.)
