Job Description

Job title: Full Stack .NET and Flutter Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure applications using .NET (C#, .NET Core/6+) for backend services and Flutter (Dart) for cross‑platform front‑end interfaces. Work collaboratively in an agile Scrum environment to deliver high‑quality code and innovative product enhancements. Expactations: - Proven experience in .NET development, microservices architecture, and RESTful API design. - Strong knowledge of Clean Code principles, automated testing (unit & integration), and CI/CD pipelines. - Ability to craft scalable, secure solutions and contribute to system observability with tools like Datadog or Grafana. - Excellent teamwork, communication, and a proactive, results‑driven mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain backend .NET services and frontend Flutter applications. - Design scalable, secure architectures and integrate third‑party APIs. - Collaborate in Scrum ceremonies with product owners, designers, and peers. - Write clean, testable code, conduct code reviews, and uphold quality standards. - Participate in product roadmapping and propose innovative technical solutions. Required Skills: - Intermediate to senior proficiency in C#, .NET Core/6+, microservices, and REST API development. - Solid grasp of software architecture, abstraction, and design patterns. - Experience with Clean Code, unit & integration testing, and CI/CD workflows. - Familiarity with Flutter (Dart), state management, and API integration (preferable). - Knowledge of observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Grafana). - Agile mindset with experience working in Scrum teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Flutter Certified Developer) are advantageous but not mandatory.
