Job Description
Job Title: IT Operations Intern – Spring 2026 Role Summary: Support the Global IT Operations team by troubleshooting user issues, coordinating service schedules, and assisting in project and process improvement across the organization’s IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and conference‑room technologies. Expectations: • 30–40 hours per week, 8:30 am‑5:30 pm EST • Internship term: Jan 12 – Apr 17 2026 • Undergraduate enrollment, at least two years completed Key Responsibilities: 1. Troubleshoot and resolve end‑user IT problems to maintain system performance. 2. Assist in scheduling and coordinating maintenance, upgrades, and support activities. 3. Coordinate interdepartmental and global communications for IT initiatives. 4. Participate in project and process‑management activities to improve service delivery. 5. Provide general administrative support to the IT Operations department. Required Skills: - Basic knowledge of IT support, systems administration, and cloud technologies. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, Zoom/Teams, and related collaboration tools. - Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities. - Experience or exposure to project management and process improvement (preferred). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across cultures and departments. - Demonstrated integrity, resilience, humility, and service ethic. - Mature orthodox Christian faith (as a required cultural fit). Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Lead, Global Security Operations Role Summary: Senior executive responsible for directing the organization’s global security posture, including program oversight, incident response, training development, and policy implementation across all regions. Expectations: - Deliver strategic leadership for North America and headquarters security focal points and regional security managers. - Ensure alignment of field security operations with global risk management frameworks and operational standards. - Maintain continuous improvement of incident response plans, security protocols, and training effectiveness. - Foster collaboration with cross‑functional teams, external partners, and agencies to strengthen security networks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership & Management - Oversee functional leadership of North America and HQ security focal points. - Mentor and guide Regional Security Officers; promote professional development. - Lead HQ coordination during security incidents; advise senior management and crisis management team. 2. Strategy & Implementation - Contribute to development and implementation of global safety and security strategies. - Align regional security operations with the organization’s risk management framework. - Support continuous improvement of incident response and mitigation strategies. 3. Networking & Partnerships - Build relationships with interagency security networks and peer organizations. - Represent the organization in external coordination forums and security working groups. 4. Events & Logistics - Support safe planning of global meetings, events, and field deployments. - Advise on venue selection, transportation, and contingency planning for official travel. 9. Field Projects - Conduct field visits to assess security implementation and provide guidance. - Support high‑risk operations with remote or in‑person advisory presence as needed. 10. Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Work with HR, Legal, and safeguarding teams on integrated risk management. - Contribute to special projects and initiatives supporting organizational safety and resilience. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Emergency Management, International Relations, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Minimum 12 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in NGO field security and 3 years in a leadership or headquarters security role. - Relevant certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), CISSP, or similar are preferred.
