**Job Title**
Agentic AI & Data Scientist
**Role Summary**
Drive the design, development, and deployment of agentic AI solutions that transform business processes. Translate complex business challenges into data‑centric problems, build advanced ML models and autonomous agents, and ensure their operational reliability and scalability in a modular, open‑source framework.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑impact, scalable AI solutions that align with business objectives.
- Own the full lifecycle: from requirement gathering and data preparation through model training, evaluation, and deployment as code.
- Maintain architectural excellence and security compliance while continuously improving the agentic AI framework.
- Foster client success and contribute to product strategy within a low‑hierarchy, high‑trust environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the technical liaison between business stakeholders and AI engineers.
- Develop, train, and deploy intelligent agents using Python, Azure ML, and related tools.
- Design and optimize agent workflows, advanced prompting, and ML pipelines.
- Integrate external APIs, LLM services (OpenAI, Mistral, etc.), and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) components.
- Monitor and tune agent performance, cost, and reliability in production.
- Co‑lead evolution of the modular, open‑source agentic AI framework (architecture, design, product vision).
- Champion data governance: security, privacy, accuracy, and usability.
**Required Skills**
- ≥5 years experience in agentic AI / generative AI engineering.
- PhD or equivalent research in computer science, mathematics, AI, or related field.
- Fluency in French.
- Proficient in Python; strong architectural design for microservice ecosystems and message brokers.
- Deep knowledge of ML, deep learning, large‑language‑model APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, vector databases, and RAG.
- Excellent algorithmic thinking and understanding of AI innovation trends.
- Ability to collaborate and work independently in a high‑trust, low‑hierarchy team.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- PhD or equivalent research experience in computer science, mathematics, AI, or a related domain.
- Certifications in Azure, AWS, Google ML, or Databricks are preferred.
