**Job Title:** CEESIM Trainer **Role Summary:** Deliver expert CEESIM training for an aerospace and defence client’s centre in Lincoln. Contract is 6 months (IR35), commencing October with training sessions starting in January. Must hold active Security Check (SC) clearance and be a UK national. **Expectations:** - Provide high‑quality CEESIM instruction aligned with client requirements. - Maintain confidentiality and comply with security protocols. - Adapt training materials to audience skill levels. - Ensure training is completed on schedule and meets performance standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and deliver CEESEM training curriculum at the client site. - Explain and demonstrate CEESIM concepts, including EGA emitter functionality. - Assess trainee progress and provide feedback and remediation as needed. - Collaborate with client technical staff to integrate training with operational needs. - Prepare training documentation, reports, and post‑training evaluations. **Required Skills:** - Deep expertise with CEESIM simulation tools. - Strong knowledge of EGA (Electronic Geometric Antenna) emitters. - Proven instructional or facilitation experience (formal teaching or corporate training preferred). - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Ability to work independently on‑site under security constraints. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Relevant engineering or technical degree (e.g., Electrical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering) or equivalent professional experience. - Active UK Security Check (SC) clearance. - UK nationality. - Training qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.

Expactations: Deliver immediate, high‑quality programming expertise; maintain tight production schedules; operate within strict compliance frameworks; collaborate cross‑functionally; manage multiple concurrent contracts efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Program and optimize 5‑axis gantry machines (head‑head and AMC rotation) for aerospace structure and composite component machining. - Generate toolpaths in CATIA V5 and validate them with Vericut. - Support product introduction and process integration, ensuring robust and efficient manufacturing workflows. - Collaborate with CAM, engineering, and manufacturing teams to achieve steady‑state improvements. - Resolve shop‑floor issues, including on‑machine modifications, to sustain production flow. - Ensure compliance with defense and aerospace contractual requirements across diverse projects.
