Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager
Role Summary: Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives, aligning engineering, product, and business teams to deliver technology projects that support strategic objectives. Manage project lifecycles, track dependencies, automate status reporting, and drive systemic improvements in R&D efficiency.
Expectations: Deliver complex, multi‑team technical projects on schedule and within scope. Analyze root causes, design scalable solutions, synthesize technical data into clear leadership narratives, and influence long‑term roadmap and resource allocation decisions. Maintain high standards of communication, accountability, and team motivation in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement the R&D Operating System, integrating Jira, Confluence, and Slack to reduce manual overhead and automate reporting.
• Identify and address systemic bottlenecks in the R&D lifecycle; develop and deploy scalable solutions that improve velocity and predictability.
• Translate complex technical information into concise, business‑relevant narratives for executive decision‑making.
• Influence long‑term product roadmap and resource allocation by converting technical constraints and organizational velocity data into strategic insights.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to plan and execute technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Required Skills:
• Minimum 5 years managing complex, multi‑team technology projects across domains (API, infrastructure, UI) and time zones.
• Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, or comparable SDLC methodologies for at least 3 years.
• Expertise in execution tracking, reporting, and project status dashboards.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills; ability to translate technical details into business insights and influence stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking that links project objectives to product strategy, customer outcomes, and R&D efficiency.
• Demonstrated track record of diagnosing and resolving systemic R&D bottlenecks with measurable impact.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Slack, automation, and dashboard creation.
• Ability to motivate cross‑functional teams in a dynamic, high‑pressure environment.
• High work ethic, personal accountability, and experience supervising cross‑team teams.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Agile/Scrum or similar methodology certification (preferred).
