Job title: Social Media Content Creator (1 day per week) Role Summary: Freelance creator responsible for filming and editing weekly short‑form video content for a local digital agency. Deliver 5 Reels/TikToks each week that highlight food, retail, events, music, and community scenes in South London. Expectations: - Work on‑site one day each week, meeting tight turnaround deadlines. - Produce high‑quality, brand‑aligned content that resonates with local audiences. - Stay current with TikTok and Instagram trends and apply them creatively. Key Responsibilities: - Shoot on‑location video content (food, drink, retail, events, vox pops, community activity). - Edit footage into 5 finished Reels/TikToks per week using mobile‑first workflows (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar). - Collaborate with agency team to plan fresh, platform‑first content. - Direct vox pops and engage with public on camera. - Adapt filming schedule and priorities based on live conditions. Required Skills: - Proven short‑form video production experience with a portfolio. - Strong filming and editing skills; proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent. - Ability to direct vox pops and interact comfortably with the public. - Reliable, organized, flexible, and able to deliver edits quickly. - Genuine interest in London’s food, culture, and community scenes. Required Education & Certifications: - Industry‑standard film/video production training or equivalent experience. - No specific degree required; portfolio evidence of competency.
