Job Description
**Job Title** Project Manager – CFO/CFA (Electrical Execution Studies) **Role Summary** Lead and coordinate electrical execution studies for large tertiary and industrial projects (hospitals, hotels, data centers, logistics platforms). Ensure timely, cost‑controlled delivery of high‑quality technical designs while maintaining compliance with standards and client expectations. **Expectations** - Manage 2–3 major projects worth several million euros within the CFO/CFA portfolio. - Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting all technical and regulatory requirements. - Foster continuous improvement and adopt innovative electrical solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Pilot and oversee the entire execution study lifecycle (scoping, design, documentation, hand‑over). - Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear, effective communication. - Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians. - Guarantee quality and compliance of deliverables against applicable norms and regulations. - Identify technical and organizational risks, propose corrective actions, and implement effective mitigations. - Drive innovation by contributing to the development of new approaches and technologies in electrical engineering. **Required Skills** - Strong project management capabilities (planning, scheduling, budgeting). - In‑depth knowledge of electrical design and execution for large‑scale tertiary/industrial projects. - Proficiency with Revit, Caneco BT, and SSI tools (training provided if needed). - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and risk‑management aptitude. - Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum Bac+5 (equivalent) or engineering degree in Electrical/Electrotechnical Engineering. - At least 2 years of experience on tertiary or industrial projects in study or execution roles. - Relevant engineering diplomas or certifications preferred; PMP or similar project‑management certification is a plus.
