**Job title**: Digital Marketing Specialist
**Role Summary**
Execute and optimize GIMBER’s digital marketing initiatives across social media, paid media, influencer collaborations, and e‑commerce content. Deliver measurable growth in engagement, reach, and conversion rates while maintaining a data‑driven, creative approach.
**Expectations**
- 1–3 years of hands‑on digital/social marketing experience, ideally within FMCG, food & beverage, or direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) brands.
- Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage influencer marketing programs and e‑commerce content (Shopify experience a plus).
- Strong analytical skills for performance tracking (GA4, Meta Ads dashboards, etc.) and ability to translate insights into action.
- Comfortable using basic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
- Passion for lifestyle, wellness, and sustainability sectors.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and proactive in testing new digital trends and formats.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and grow GIMBER’s Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn channels from concept to community engagement.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google, focusing on ROAS and CPA metrics.
- Build and manage influencer collaborations, including gifting, partnerships, and user‑generated content.
- Create conversion‑driven content and CRO tactics for the GIMBER online shop.
- Analyse campaign results, maintain dashboards, and report insights to the marketing team.
- Monitor emerging digital trends, experiment with new formats, and propose bold initiatives to enhance brand presence.
