Job Description
**Job title:** Interim Marketing Director **Role Summary:** Lead the marketing organization on a short‑term basis (3‑day week, 3‑month contract) to accelerate CRM, automation and digital performance. Deliver clear processes, data‑driven insights, and a joined‑up marketing strategy to support rapid growth and European expansion. **Expactations:** - Interim assignment, 3 days per week, 3‑month initial period. - Immediate start, contract day‑rate. - Ability to travel to South Yorkshire as required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Enhance and optimize CRM and marketing automation using Go High Level; refine pipelines, segmentation, and lifecycle journeys. - Improve reporting, attribution, and insight generation to support sales performance. - Review and manage paid and organic digital activities, ensuring spend is ROI‑driven and accountable. - Partner with agencies and suppliers constructively to maximize marketing impact. - Support and develop the existing marketing team; establish clear processes, cadence, and cross‑functional collaboration. - Translate brand assets into revenue‑driven strategies, including UK expansion and emerging European markets. **Required Skills:** - Senior marketing leadership experience (Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, or CRM Lead). - Deep expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation (Go High Level). - Strong data‑driven decision‑making, with proven ability to optimize reporting and attribution. - Commercial, pragmatic, and structured approach in a fast‑growth, entrepreneurial environment. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence both team members and external partners. - Calm, emotionally intelligent, and collaborative leadership style. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - CRM/marketing automation certification (e.g., HubSpot, Go High Level) highly desirable.
