Job Title: Summer Intern
Role Summary:
An entry‑level internship focused on supporting federal contracting activities. Interns will assist with proposal development, contract administration, market research, documentation, IT and administrative support, marketing outreach, and special projects, gaining exposure to the end‑to‑end commercial procurement lifecycle.
Expectations:
- Deliver accurate, timely assistance in proposal and contract support tasks.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with proprietary information.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams (proposals, IT, HR, Finance, Marketing).
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to learning government contracting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and compile proposal materials; assist in drafting sections.
- Monitor contract deliverables, track amendments, and ensure compliance with terms.
- Conduct market analysis on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Prepare status reports, project updates, and compliance documentation.
- Provide general administrative support: scheduling, filing, logistics coordination.
- Offer IT support, systems administration, or application development assistance as needed.
- Support HR and Finance functions using government‑grade accounting and HR systems.
- Manage social media, update web content, create marketing collateral, and contribute to design projects.
- Participate in special projects, performing research, analysis, and presenting findings.
Required Skills:
- Strong academic performance; excellent written and oral communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Research and analytical skills; ability to synthesize information and produce clear reports.

Required Education & Certifications:
