Expectations: Deliver high‑quality code that meets federal standards; communicate clearly with team and clients; support project schedules; maintain confidentiality and security clearance; adapt to multiple technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain web portal components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Java/J2EE frameworks. - Design and manage database schemas and queries; implement RESTful APIs. - Gather and refine requirements in collaboration with clients, product managers, and review panels. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and unit testing. - Provide technical guidance to peers and troubleshoot issues. - Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and usability standards. - Communicate status, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
