**Job title:** Maintenance Technician (H/F)
**Role Summary:**
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment, logistics systems, and plant infrastructure to guarantee continuous operation and performance optimization in a large‑scale pizza dough manufacturing environment.
**Expactations:**
- Demonstrate adaptability across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation domains.
- Operate autonomously while collaborating with production, logistics, and quality teams.
- Comply with HACCP, safety protocols, and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mixers, dividers, dosing systems, robotic conditioning, refrigerated chambers, conveyors, ink printers, and other line equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and address corrective issues for handling and order‑prep systems.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or automated faults and execute timely repairs.
- Maintain and update machine intervention records and histories.
- Propose reliability improvements to reduce downtime.
- Participate in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality to enhance performance and safety.
- Adhere to HACCP hygiene standards and enforce safety procedures for machinery, traffic zones, cold rooms, and electrical areas.
- Ensure equipment compliance with group quality requirements.
**Required Skills:**
- Industrial maintenance with knowledge of electrical (BR habilitation required), mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automation, conveyor systems, and industrial refrigeration.
- Problem‑solving and diagnostic expertise across multiple systems.
- Ability to review and update maintenance logs.
- Strong communication to coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
- Commitment to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Capacity for continuous improvement initiatives.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or post‑bac (Bac‑+2) in Industrial Maintenance, Electrotechnics, MSMA, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
- Electrical habilitation (BS/BR/H0B0) and CACES 1B/3/5 preferred.
- Experience in an automated food‑production setting is advantageous.
