Job Description
**Job Title:** Pedagogical Innovation Manager (F/H/X) **Role Summary:** Lead the regional pedagogical innovation agenda for the Red Cross Competence Ile‑de‑France. Align and harmonize learning resources, drive continuous development of teaching teams, and oversee projects on emerging modalities (simulation, AI, distance learning). Serve as the regional representative on pedagogical matters, ensure compliance with national quality standards (Qualiopi), and foster partnerships and collective intelligence to enhance training quality and attractiveness. **Expectations:** - Demonstrate strong project‑management and organizational skills. - Show rigor, adaptability to unforeseen changes, and proactive problem‑solving. - Work collaboratively with internal coordinators, quality units, and external partners. - Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, representing the organization regionally. **Key Responsibilities:** - Animate and coordinate the regional community of pedagogical actors. - Harmonize regional teaching resources with the national Red Cross campus. - Design and deliver competency development programs for instructional teams. - Lead innovation projects (universitisation, simulation, AI, blended learning, etc.). - Collaborate with CFA coordinators, success‑support units, and BRI to integrate innovations into regional offerings. - Oversee regional research activities and ensure documentation complies with Qualiopi and funder requirements (Transition Pro, Caisse des Dépôts, France Travail). - Conduct pedagogical engineering for client‑specific needs; respond to tenders and RFPs. - Participate in client meetings for bespoke development projects. - Perform continuous pedagogical and technological monitoring; disseminate best practices regionally. - Promote continuous improvement of teaching practices aligned with standards and emerging needs. - Facilitate collective intelligence, resource sharing, and experimentation. - Represent the Red Cross Competence Ile‑de‑France on pedagogical topics and promote regional achievements with communications. - Develop and nurture strategic external partnerships and innovative training devices. **Required Skills:** - Project management (planning, execution, monitoring). - Strong organizational and analytical abilities; meticulous attention to detail. - Excellent interpersonal, networking, and stakeholder‑engagement skills. - Advanced written and oral communication in French (English optional). - Ability to lead change, foster collaboration, and drive innovation. - Knowledge of educational technologies, simulation, AI, and blended learning trends. - Familiarity with quality frameworks (Qualiopi) and public funding requirements. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master's degree (Bac+5) in Training Engineering, Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in managing educational projects or innovations. - Certifications in project management or instructional design are a plus.
