At Margaret Green Animal Rescue, we take in pets that have become homeless due to a change in circumstances, or that have been neglected, mistreated or abandoned. Regardless of their circumstance, each pet will find a warm bed, a kind team and all the love and respect they deserve awaiting them at Margaret Green Animal Rescue. We pride ourselves on the standard of care each rescue pet receives. As well as veterinary care, pets are prepared and rehabilitated ready for a new home. Most of our animals are vaccinated, micro chipped, treated against worms and fleas and neutered before going to their new home. Finding forever homes is at the very heart of what we do and there is no better feeling than knowing we have found the perfect match. Our rehoming process is designed specifically to help potential owners adopt a pet that fits in perfectly with their lives and loved ones.

Job Description

Job Title: Senior Data & Digital Insight Analyst Role Summary: Drive the design, integration, and implementation of a new business data and intelligence solution for fundraising and marketing. Produce insights on supporters, donors, volunteers, and operations, streamline workflows, and champion data‑led CRM practices while ensuring GDPR compliance. Expectations: - 3+ years of experience leading insight and data strategy in a fundraising, marketing or CRM environment. - Expertise in designing, interpreting, and communicating data analysis to inform strategy. - Proven track record in business‑intelligence reporting, process optimisation, and stakeholder engagement. - Knowledge of data protection regulations and DPO responsibilities. - Strong project management skills and a passion for creating measurable impact. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end‑to‑end design, integration, and implementation of the organisation’s business data and intelligence platform. - Develop and deliver supporter, donor, volunteer, operations, and customer insights. - Analyse current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements that free time for core mission activities. - Champion CRM data governance, ensuring data quality, consistency, and GDPR compliance across teams. - Translate data findings into actionable stories for senior leaders and external stakeholders. - Produce regular BI dashboards and reports to support strategic decision‑making.
