CNI Infrastructure Network Analyst (SC Cleared)
Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires an experienced CNI Infrastructure Network Analystwithvalid UK SC Clearanceto be based in their client's office in Wokingham, UK.
This is a hybrid role - you can work remotely in the UK and attend the Wokinghamoffice 3 days per week.
This is a 6+ month temporary contract to start asap.
Day rate: Competitive Market rate.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a focal point for business service liaison (including projects and service transition)
Manage all of the resources including third party service providers in the provision of operational management and control of CNI and CNI networks, ensuring that they are fully resilient, safe and secure
Work with IS, the business and all third-party stakeholders to ensure that any changes to the networks and associated hardware are not going to affect the safe operational control of the networks
Work with audit, security and any other outside government organisations to ensure that the support operations are compliant with policies and standards expected of critical CNI networks
Participation in the management of incidents on CNI networks ensuring that resilience is brought back into operations quickly as possible
Lead root cause analysis investigations to ensure that learning is fed back to prevent reoccurrence
Responsibility for annual budget and track actuals against an approved budget plan
Ensure that disaster recovery plans are in place and tested appropriately
Key Requirements:
Operational experience in IP/MPLS/Ethernet/SDH networks ideally in a Utilities environment
Ability to manage all of resources required to run best in class network & telemetry operations, ensuring that outsourced services and partners effectively deliver to very high standards
Experience of managing outsourced services in an ITIL environment is required, effectively, setting direction, control and standards, ideally in operational network environments
Strong knowledge of appropriate technology and systems that make up the network, telemetry and SCADA infrastructure would be an advantage
Experience in use of network monitoring tools and fault finding in these networks
Understand and interpret both security and external regulations that impact upon the operation and effective running of operational networks
Experience of managing critical major incidents out of hours is also required for this role. This will be through participation in an out of hours rota
Educated to degree level in computing or relevant engineering discipline
SC clearance is mandatory
Relevant industry certification (eg ITIL Practitioner, CCNA/DA, CCNP, Security) desirable

You may be able to work some days remotely.
This is a 6+ month temporary contract to start ASAP.
Day rate: Competitive Market rate.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing major O365 application (eg Exchange online, Team, SharePoint online) and have experience in solution designing
Managing large O365 transformational programmes along with hybrid configuration and Identity and access management
Work along with customer, understand their business/technical requirement and design O365 solutions which is best suited for the environment
Managing O365 SME role and will be responsible for delivering O365 solutions
Should own the O365 Architecture responsibility (end to end), Designing complex O365 solution, managing transformational programs and maintaining quality design standard
Own end to end ownership of resolving technical challenges for O365 Stream and should be point of contact for any escalation
Monitoring system performance of all O365 services
Troubleshooting O365 related issues, managing request and incident tickets, user co-ordination (based on project requirement)
Creating PowerShell/VB Scripting to automate repetitive tasks
Regularly conducting the health check of the environment, part of audit and providing gap analysis report
Working in shifts and out of hours (based on project requirement)
Handling severity incident, availability for on-call (on ROTA basis)
Responsible for the quality of all technical deliverables produced by the team
Assisting with and own designs, including writing, amending, reviewing and publishing

Key Requirements:
The Microsoft 365 Architect will utilise expert level experience and knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture
Thorough working knowledge of the entire O365 stack and use cases
Should be Core O365 Solution Architect and have high experience in solution designing
Design and Solution the Wintel Server environment, should have done the enterprise architecture solution
Best practice recommendations combined with a strong current and deep experience on core M365 services
Thorough understanding and working experience of Azure and Cloud technologies

Key Requirements:
BMC CMDB administration
Collect data from tooling to generate reports for distribution to relevant stakeholders
Modify CMDB data to improve data accuracy, eg, upload recent contract details to link with relevant assets/configuration items
Collaborate with relevant support teams to drive automation in asset tagging
Data request processing
Active SC clearance is mandatory
Ensure that the Asset Management Process is used correctly within the department
Manages and/or provides guidance for maintaining Configuration Items
Owns one or more CI types
Ensure that the Configuration Management Process is used correctly within the department
