**Job Title:** Full Stack Developer **Role Summary** Collaborative Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain software applications in an Agile environment. Requires proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies, along with cross-functional teamwork. **Expectations** * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software design and development * Translate business requirements into functional specifications * Deliver clean, efficient, and maintainable code using engineering best practices * Apply software engineering patterns for consistent, high-quality solutions * Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends **Key Responsibilities** * Troubleshoot and resolve application issues through debugging * Conduct peer code reviews and validate solution designs * Partner with business units to align software solutions with strategic goals * Ensure project deliverables meet functional requirements and deadlines * Advocate for technical innovation and process improvements **Required Skills** * Proficiency in frontend and backend development frameworks and programming languages * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities * Effective communication for cross-team collaboration **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
