Job Description
**Job Title:** VP Sales EMEA **Role Summary:** Strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Serves on the Global Sales Leadership Team, reports to the Chief Commercial Officer, and acts as senior ambassador for the company. Combines regional strategy development, pipeline generation, complex sales execution, and team leadership. **Expactations:** - Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets with sustainable YoY growth. - Build and scale a high‑performing sales organization. - Establish Oritain as the trusted source for supply‑chain provenance in target markets. - Maintain a customer‑centric culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and implement EMEA sales strategy aligned with global objectives. - Lead new‑business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts, emphasizing fashion, textiles, and related sectors. - Negotiate multi‑year commercial agreements with senior client stakeholders. - Identify and prioritize entry into new EMEA markets and emerging regions. - Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver integrated solutions and feed market insights into product development. - Ensure operational excellence: CRM adoption, pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and compliance with regional regulations and ethical standards. - Recruit, coach, and develop Account Executives and Account Managers; foster a culture of collaboration and results. - Travel ~20% of the time to meet customers, partners, and regional teams. **Required Skills:** - Proven senior sales leadership with a record of building and scaling high‑performing teams in complex, network‑driven businesses. - Strong commercial acumen; expert in sophisticated negotiations and contract closing. - Ability to operate strategically and hands‑on across multiple functions. - Excellent executive presence and influence with senior stakeholders. - Native French, fluent English; Italian a plus. - Deep knowledge of fashion, textiles, apparel, sustainability, supply‑chain transparency, and ESG trends (strongly preferred). - Experience working with global brands and multi‑region teams. - Data‑driven decision making; proficient in CRM and sales analytics tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (required). - MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred). - No specific certifications required; industry knowledge of sustainability and ESG is essential.
